The pressure she feels may not actually be hers.
The urgency she carries may not be natural.
The guilt she experiences may not be truth.
Somewhere along the way, she absorbed voices.
Subtle ones.
Cultural ones.
Inherited ones.
The voice that says:
Be agreeable.
Be efficient.
Be needed.
Be impressive.
Be grateful.
Be everything to everyone.
Stories about worth.
Stories about productivity.
Stories about goodness.
Stories about what makes a woman valuable.
This weekend is not about fighting those voices.
It is about understanding them.
Seeing how they formed you.
Noticing how they live in your nervous system.
And discerning which ones were never meant to lead your life.
It is a sacred pause.
A deep exhale.
A return to the woman underneath the expectations.
Has built a life that looks beautiful on the outside
Feels a quiet restlessness she can’t ignore
Knows she is capable of more but isn’t sure what “more” even means anymore
Is ready to understand herself at a deeper level
This is not surface-level self-care.
This is soul-level awareness.
We move through the Seasons because growth is cyclical.
And reclamation cannot be rushed.

Arrival. Safety. Softening.
You arrive.
You unpack.
You settle.
We gather in a cozy opening circle — not to produce anything, not to solve anything — but to create safety.
Winter is the season of stillness.
Before we examine the voices that shaped you, we create warmth.
Before we confront anything, we cultivate steadiness.
There is nothing to perform here.
Only space to land.

Seeing Clearly
Spring is awakening.
This is the day we begin gently uncovering:
How have cultural expectations shaped your identity?
Where did you learn that your worth is tied to output?
When did people-pleasing become protection?
What have you internalized as “just the way things are”?
This is not about blame.
It is about awareness.
And here is what is sacred:
Each woman will see something different.
For one woman, they may show up as relentless overachievement.
For another, it may look like never resting without guilt.
For another, it may appear as fear of not contributing enough.
For one woman, patriarchy may show up as shrinking her voice.
For another, it may appear as over-functioning and carrying everyone else’s emotional weight.
For another, it may be the pressure to be effortlessly everything.
There is no single way these forces shape us.
Your awareness will be uniquely yours.
Spring is about recognizing what has been living quietly inside you.

Dismantling + Reclaiming
Summer is agency.
By Saturday, you will not be reacting.
You will be choosing.
We will work with:
Practices for interrupting inherited patterns.
Releasing productivity as identity.
Reclaiming desire without justification.
Redefining success in language that feels true to you.
Building boundaries from clarity instead of resentment.
You will create your personal Season of Me Blueprint — not as a performance plan, but as a living declaration of how you choose to move forward.
The work is complete by Saturday evening.
And we will honor it.
Not with urgency.
But with reverence.

There is no content on Sunday.
No final push.
No last lesson.
Just breakfast.
Integration.
Goodbyes.
Because when deep work is done, it does not need to be forced.
It needs to be trusted.

Creating Your Visual Season
Some shifts cannot be fully expressed in words.
That’s why we are honored to welcome Diane Cunningham Ellis to guide a special creativity experience during our time together.
Through a gentle, guided art process, Diane will help you translate your insights into a visual expression of your Season of Me Blueprint — giving shape and color to what you are reclaiming.
No artistic experience is needed.
This is not about making something beautiful.
It’s about making something true.
Your finished piece will serve as a tangible reminder of the clarity, courage, and self-trust you cultivated throughout the weekend.
Insight becomes image.
Awareness becomes embodiment.
We are not fighting the world.
We are understanding how the world shaped us.
And then choosing — consciously, intentionally— what we keep.
This retreat is intimate by design.
A small circle of women willing to look inward with honesty and compassion.
There is no comparison here.
No hierarchy of awakening.
Only individual revelation.

Your personal Season of Me Blueprint
Not because everything else disappears.
But because you finally understand what is yours… and what is not.
If something inside you feels quietly seen while reading this —
That is not coincidence, it’s your nudge to join us.
It is recognition that this is for you.
